FatherLove and Gilmore Research surveyed over 562 residents of King County with an oversampling of 201 fathers between April 19 and July 31, 2001.

The survey was conducted by Random digit-dialed telephone interviews by trained interviewers at Gilmore Research. The survey is generally representative of King County with a tendency to address slightly higher income and education respondents.
